When is the 2018 Quebec Fiddle Weekend?

Friday, November 2 from 5pm to Tuesday November 6, 1pm, 2018.

When will I know if my application to attend the event has been successful?

Acceptance Emails (Booking Confirmation Messages) are sent upon receipt of Registration Forms. For more information on the Registration process, please click here.

What are the event registration fees?

We have two attendance packages available: Standard Entry Participant & Concession entry Participant. Further details can be found here.

When & how do I pay the event registration fees?

We encourage you to book early to ensure your spot at this limited capacity event is secured.

A $100 deposit is required upon booking, with full payment due by October 5, 2018. Please note, beds are limited. Camping is also available at the property. To register, complete the registration form on this website, and an email will be sent to you with payment details. Payment is by direct bank transfer.

I’m planning to come to the event by public transport – what are my options?

You can take a V-Line train from Melbourne to Moe, and we can pick you up from there. Please let us know your require transport before the weekend!

Can children attend the event?

Yes, anyone under 18 is very welcome, though must be accompanied by an adult.

What is a typical day like?

What playing level is required for the event?

To really benefit from this weekend, we recommend you can already play a few tunes on your instrument and have the ability to learn by ear.

Who is responsible for my instrument?

Each attendee is responsible for their own instrument. We strongly recommend that your instrument be insured.

Can I attend only part of the event?

Day rates may be available if there are vacancies. Contact us to enquire.

I have specific dietary requirements – can these be catered for?

We will endeavour to cater to all individuals who have specific dietary requirements. Please list these dietary requirements in the spaces indicated on the registration form.

What is the cancellation policy?

All payments will be fully refunded prior to October 5, 2018.

After that date a $100 administration fee will be charged. Exceptional circumstances will be at the organiser’s discretion.
